In terms of Aviation Law, Koutalidis Law Firm has been undoubtedly established as one of the pioneers in this sector in the Greek market. - The Consortium Fraport AG – Slentel Ltd, on its successful bid to lease and manage 14 regional airports in Greece;
- GE Capital Aviation Services with respect to leases of aircrafts to Greek operators;
- International Lease Finance Corporation with respect to the sale of an aircraft portfolio;
- Air Sale Inc., global leader in the supply of commercial aircraft and engines, with respect to lease of engines to a Greek operator;
- Federal Reserve Bank, with respect to the creation and registration of mortgages on aircrafts registered in Greece;
- Various airlines and finance corporations with respect to applicable legal framework for the operation of airline companies in Greece and the registration of aircraft and liens on aircraft with the Greek Registries;
