Zoe holds experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, debt and equity restructurings, public offerings, private placements as well as financings. She also advises on financial services regulation.
Zoe worked at the Legal Unit of the European Securities and Markets Authority providing legal support in the areas of Sustainable Finance, Digital Finance and Supervision.

- Nexi on the acquisition of a majority stake in Alpha Bank’s merchant acquiring business,
- Capital Product Partners on the issue of a EUR 100 million 7-year common bond by CPLP Shipping Holdings PLC, with the guarantee of its parent company Capital Product Partners L.P. The bonds under the bond loan were offered to the public and admitted to trading on the Athens Exchange,
