Nikoletta focuses on civil law and civil procedure, working within our leading Arbitration, Litigation and Mediation Department. She has experience in representing clients in complex disputes, across a range of sectors, including agency and distributorship, intellectual property, employment, shareholder disputes, concessions, and energy projects, as well as in advising clients in pre-litigation and pre-arbitration proceedings. Nikoletta has also acted in domestic and international commercial arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules, as well as in arbitration-related litigation before the Greek courts.
