Kelly is an associate in the Capital Markets Department of our Firm and is active in both advisory and transactional work.

She advises financial intermediaries such as domestic and foreign investment firms, asset managers and crypto services providers on their compliance with financial services laws, including ESG-related rules.

She also provides guidance to listed companies regarding corporate governance issues and has been involved in various M&A transactions and securities offerings.
