Georgia represents issuers, underwriters and other market participants in the full range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements.

She also counsels foreign and domestic issuers on corporate advisory, compliance issues and implementation of regulatory change projects. Georgia is also active in financial services regulation and insurance law, M&A transactions as well as insolvency & restructuring.

She is a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets Department of our Firm.
