George specializes in corporate law, M&As and corporate restructurings. He focuses on handling complex and sophisticated corporate issues, drafting of commercial and transactional contracts as well as assisting with the establishment of Greek business entities. Furthermore, he provides legal support to domestic companies and international businesses operating in Greece regarding their day-to-day corporate affairs and compliance. George has also extensive experience in tax practice providing tax advisory services on group restructurings, corporate income tax, international taxation as well as withholding taxes. Prior to joining our Firm, George worked at a prominent audit and advisory firm in Greece.
