Eriketi specializes in corporate and M&A law. She commonly advises domestic corporate clients and international businesses planning to operate in Greece on their establishment, their day-to-day corporate support and their regulatory compliance.
Furthermore, Eriketi is also engaged in performing legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation and supporting the acquisition implementation. She has also experience on corporate finance matters and capital markets law.
