Eleni’s practice focuses on energy corporates in contentious and non-contentious matters mainly relating to RES project acquisition, development, offtake, financing, construction, and operation in Greece.

Prior to joining Koutalidis Law Firm, Eleni worked as freelance attorney at law, associate of Athens based law firms and served also as inhouse counsel for major listed company engaged in the energy sector focusing on tender and EPC/O&M projects and served as senior legal counsel for a developer of RES projects (with emphasis on PV and Battery Storage). Eleni was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2011 and joined the Firm in 2023. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.
