Dora focuses on employment law, advising national and international clients, as employers, on all types of individual and collective employer-employee relationships, as well as benefits and compensation related issues. In the context of M&A transactions, she maintains substantial experience on advising on complex issues arising out of the transfer of undertakings and the application of the TUPE provisions, as well as on all potential labour law issues faced of the target company.
Dora is also experienced and regularly involved in real estate transactions, advising real estate companies investing in property through M&A or asset deals, as well as the negotiation of commercial lease or mixed agreements. Furthermore, sha has appeared before the Greek Trademarks’ Committee and EUIPO in various trademarks’ cases.
