Athina focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law matters.

She has gained considerable experience in preparing various commercial contracts and agreements and providing legal counsel on data protection issues.

She has also gained vast experience both as an advisor and as a litigator in the banking sector in respect of non-performing loans and completing the legal due diligence of NPLs portfolios, as well as real estate law.

Prior to joining Koutalidis Law Firm, Athina worked as a partner of an Athens based law firm, while in the past she acted as a legal advisor at the Permanent Mission of Greece to the UN in New York City and as a legal intern with the Greek Embassy in Berlin.
