Yiannis possesses broad expertise in both Greek and cross-border M&A transactions and privatizations, having been involved in a number of complex large-scale projects within these sectors since joining the firm in 2008. We strongly believe that in his new role, Yiannis will further strengthen the firm’s M&A practice with his diverse and out-of-the-box thinking.

Since 2009 when she joined the firm, Chrysanthi holds a wide range of transactional and advisory experience with a focus on M&A, capital markets and banking & finance having been involved in a number of complex large-scale projects within these sectors. Her expansive knowledge and continued commitment to our clients has contributed significantly to the growth of the practice.
