in relation to the public offering in Greece, and to the private placement to qualified investors, institutional qualified buyers and other eligible investors outside of Greece, of an additional 10% stake in National Bank of Greece S.A., by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund.
The offering attracted very strong investor demand, with the total demand exceeding the number of offered shares by nearly 11 times overall and 12 times abroad.
