Koutalidis Law Firm advised Matthew Gregory Kaminski and Mikhail Gregory Kaminski on the acquisition of ninety percent (90%) of the share capital and voting rights in the Greek Superleague football club Panaitolikos F.C. from the current shareholder Mr. Fotios Kostoulas.
Completion of the transaction, which also includes the acquisition of the training facilities from Emileon S.A., is subject to the regulatory approval of the Professional Sports Committee as per the provisions of Greek Law 2725/1999.
