We are proud to have advised, alongside our colleagues from Renzenbrink & Partner, HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH on the complex sale of its 17% equity stake in the Olympia Odos (Athens, Korinthos, Patra, Pyrgos motorway) tollway to VINCI Concessions, AVAX GROUP Concessions, Aktor Concessions SA and GEK TERNA Group of Companies, now holding 100% of the shares in the Olympia Odos concessionaire and operator.
This transaction highlights the complexities of large-scale infrastructure deals, including multi-party negotiations across jurisdictions, legal restructuring and aligning diverse stakeholder interests in a vital national asset.
