Koutalidis Law Firm advised Alpha Bank S.A. on its successful issuance of €400million Senior Preferred Notes, carrying a maturity of 6.25 years, callable at 5.25 years and featuring a nominal interest rate of 5% and a yield of 5.125%.
The issue of the Notes, which are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange – EuroMTF Market, received strong demand from more than 100 investors, with 80% of the total issue placed outside Greece, confirming once again the trust of foreign investors in the outlook for the Greek economy and the strategic partnership between Alpha Bank and UniCredit.
This transaction adds to the series of successful bond issues of Euro 3.27 billion issued by the Bank over the last three years.
