| We advised a Swedish multinational group, currently a global leader in the home and business appliance industry, in relation to the Greek aspects of the group restructuring which involved separation and transfer of functions and assets and was completed in September 2019. This project was run under a very demanding timeline requiring the coordination of various parties across a number of countries and involved the provision of advice to multiple entities of the group on Greek corporate, civil, regulatory and tax law issues in connection with the aforementioned transactions. |
