Our EU, Antitrust/Competition & State Aid team has commented on issues raised by Article 1A of Law 3959/2011 concerning tacit collusion and price signaling, considering that the provision comes into effect on July 1st, 2022, as well as on the non-inclusion of Article 2A regarding abuse of a dominant position on an ecosystem of structural importance for competition.
