Konstantina is a member of the Digital Law Department specializing in data protection and intellectual property law.

She supports GDPR and e-Privacy Directive compliance programs and advises clients on legal issues related to digital platforms, data-driven business models, and the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence and automation on data protection practices. Konstantina also provides consulting services with respect to a wide range of IP issues and is regularly engaged in IP and privacy-related due diligence projects.
