Koutalidis Law Firm, in collaboration with the German Arbitration Institute (DIS–Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V.), is pleased to organise and support an event dedicated to the DIS Arbitration Rules. As part of the Athens Arbitration Days 2024, the Event will facilitate a discussion with arbitration practitioners on mechanisms within the DIS Arbitration Rules designed to enhance arbitration efficiency.
Our firm is pleased to welcome Chun-Kyung Paulus Suh, Deputy Secretary General and Head of Case Management at the DIS, and Dr. Christopher Boog, Partner at Schellenberg Wittmer in Singapore and Zürich. Together, they will form an insightful panel to explore the DIS framework’s mechanisms for enhancing the efficiency of arbitration proceedings.
Gregory Logothetis, Partner of our Law Firm and Head of its Dispute Resolution Department, as well as Member of the DIS Arbitration Council, will provide introductory remarks and moderate the discussion.
This event will be held on Friday, 22 November, at the Art Lounge rooftop of NEW HOTEL, 18 Filellinon, Athens, from 14:00 to 17:00. Attendance is limited to invited guests (see the program here).
