Koutalidis Law Firm advised Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. in relation to its successful issuance of €300,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Additional Tier 1 Perpetual Notes, with a yield of 7.5%.
The issuance of the Notes, which are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange – EuroMTF Market, received exceptional demand from 250 investors approaching Euro 2.9 billion and was oversubscribed 9.5 times the initial target. It is a testament to the Group’s ability to benefit from the favourable market conditions, optimizing its capital structure.
