Georgia Anna focuses on civil and corporate law matters, providing legal guidance to both national and international clients. 

With an emphasis on regulatory compliance, she navigates transactional intricacies by drafting commercial lease or mixed agreements and legal due diligence reports, particularly in the realms of M&A transactions. She also has expertise in managing Land Registry cases and handling civil law cases. During her practice, she has dealt with various significant real estate acquisition projects, completing the legal due diligence of portfolios of assets.

Georgia Anna was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2022 and joined our firm in 2023. She is admitted before the Courts of First Instance. Prior to joining Koutalidis Law Firm, Georgia Anna worked as an associate of Athens based law firms.
