Koutalidis Law Firm acted as legal counsel to Everty (the real estate arm of the YNV group), on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio, comprising two logistics centers in the area of Aspropyrgos of West Attica, Greece, with a total gross leasable area of ca. 33,000 sqm.
