Koutalidis Law Firm is happy to announce that 2 of its colleagues, partner Yiannis Kantas and associate Despoina Koutsou, will be presenting a seminar with respect to issues pertaining to public tender procedures and, more particularly, the implications of the recent amendment of articles 102, 103 and 104 of l. 4412/2016, that takes place on Tuesday 25 April 2023 at NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI .
The seminar aims to provide further insight into the interpretation of the new provisions through relevant case-law. The key objective is to provide an overview and critical assessment of the current legislative framework and to deliberate on the application of the provisions pertaining to the provision of clarification on supporting documentation throughout the various stages of the public tender procedure, as such application is crystallized in the decisions of the European Court of Justice, the Hellenic Council of State and EADHSY.
