The 23rd Prodexpo conference is now complete and our Managing Partner, Nikos Koritsas had the pleasure of interacting with senior executives from the real estate market at the “Executive Leaders’ Breakfast” talking about the ESG challenges. The forum also deliberated on the current trends in the real estate market, the changes brought by increased interest rates, and the effects of inflation.
Additionally, our Senior Associate Chrysanthi Karlou had the opportunity to panel the discussion of “NPLs and Property: From deadwood to prized asset” where the guests analysed and discussed the prospects and the importance of property sustainable investments and of value recovery from secured assets.
